BGP Blacklist Daemon

This is the BGP blacklist daemon which can be run on any Linux system to utilize the "hosts.funil.de" BGP blacklist service but via web updates.

Installation: read the INSTALL.md for how to install. You can also use the "install.sh" script in "bin" folder.

Updates: read the UPDATES.md for updates info. You can also use the "update.sh" script in "bin" folder.
