Following the v0.6.6 release, P9k is going through a significant migration to what represents an entirely new codebase, called v0.7.0, written from (mostly) scratch to be even more awesome. The new codebase exists on the next branch.

During this time, the v0.6.6 release / master branches will be completely different from the next branch. Due simply to time and manpower limitations, we will not be merging new features into codebase based on the v0.6.6 release. All new features must be applied to the new codebase.

This will temporarily make new feature PRs more difficult for contributors while we undergo this migration. We understand this is the case, and will do everything we can to work with you! It would be helpful to let us know how you would like to proceed in the PR discussion.

We will continue to merge bug-fixes into master (the v0.6.6 codebase), and then port those to the next branch when appropriate.

If you are a developer and don't mind using and testing the new codebase in the next branch, that would obviously be greatly appreciated!

If you have any questions, hop into our Gitter and chat, or raise it in your issue or PR!

As always, thanks for being part of the P9k community!
