- Add zend_register_internal_class_ex() which allows you to specify a
- parent to inherit from. You can either specify the parent directly or via
- its name.

deff917851 Added more server variables to the HTTP_SERVER_VARS array, all the 
variables listed in the structs in nsapi.c should work now. Untested on
Windows platform.

66eedaa03d - Fixed typo in _php_image_output (s/fp/tmp/) causing segfault. 
- Fixed bug when calling imagejpeg() with 3 arguments, the second one empty,
  introduced yesterday.
- Nuked even more code.
