111d36a3c8 Due to creating the Makefiles later, generating libphp4.module failed, 
because sapi/apache had not been created. This applies to VPATH builds
only.

df74f1dfab Add optional support for C0x inline semantics. 
These are enabled by specifying `--enable-c0x-inline' on the command
line. We might add an autoconf check for this particular feature
later.

981e1ae7b8 O_APPEND breaks 'c' for DBM files - this is handled 
correctly by PHP3, so it's almost a forward'' port :)
