Updated GPL 2/LGPL 2.1 licenses
Due to Free Software Foundation street address changes, Lucian Langa, YO6PLB, sent a mail that many files were out of date. Downloaded updated copies of the GPL and LGPL from: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/licenses.html as the licenses prohibit modification.
