Bug fix in set_pos about protocol compliance. Problem seen
with the Alpha SPID BIG-RAS rotator by Magne / LA1BFA. In get_pos, changed angle parsing in order to do away with float parsing of an interger only value. git-svn-id: https://hamlib.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/hamlib/trunk@2700 7ae35d74-ebe9-4afe-98af-79ac388436b8
