4c40253df7 Update ax_pkg_swig.m4 and ax_pthread.m4 
Use vanilla m4 files with known source. Prepared for possible removal at
build time if the system already has autoconf-archive source present.
Switch to AX_PKG_SWIG macro for versioned or unversioned swig detection.

db64a96d79 - updated ax_pthread.m4 to version 21 with clang support, this 
removes a warning from compilation.

49425d75da - Update acx_pthreads.m4 to ax_pthreads.4 (2013-03-29), and apply 
patch to it to not fail when -Werror is also specified, from the
  autoconf-archives.
