Christian Stocker 2343df52d2 Fix broken Namespace support, use libxml2 namespace methods instead of
homebrown solution:
- default namespaces are recognized
- different namespaces with same prefix in different nodes are treated correctly
- libxml2 parser warnings are not errors anymore
