Jeroen van Wolffelaar c033288573 Back-substitute for Z_* macro's. If it breaks some extension (the script isn't optimal, it parses for example var->zval.value incorrect) please let me know.

this is an experimental extension that provides the
ctype family of function available in C
i'm not sure about whether they should go into ext/standard
or stay as an extension of their own and about using 
a ctype_ prefix or sticking with the C names ...
