Sascha Schumann	3dc7757a99	Remove the extra INCLUDES line from most automake Mafiles. This is not ... necessary, because we can change the value of INCLUDES globally in one place (configure.in). Stig Bakken	2c0ad3ee25	last bunch of extensions moving to ext/ ... fhttpd module taken out of functions, functions is ready to go. The only extensions I have tested are gd+freetype and odbc(solid).
