937358ebc7 Revert attempt at supporting both autoconf 2.13 and 
modern versions in the same build chain.  There are
simply too many broken things in 2.13 to make it work.
Cache handling is broken as well which is why I need
to revert the pdo_inc_path cache fix as well.

trunk is now 2.60+ only and I'll work on cleaning out
all the legacy cruft from there.

7cdd773081 More work on the autoconf 2.13->2.60+ transition code. 
2.13 should be working again with one weird libtool issue
left to solve.  It doesn't seem directly related to this
stuff.

6961cd023a Ok, new attempt. Require autoconf-2.60 in this branch. 
This simplifies things quite a bit by entirely getting
rid of the m4 diversions which were messing things up.
Now we are using the built-in autoconf diversions the
way they were intended and the HELP output order is
preserved through the AC_PRESERVE_HELP_ORDER macro 
which was introduced in autoconf-2.59c

The next thing to clean up are the template warnings
and I want to get to the bottom of the cache warning
we generate as well.  Now that I fixed the _cv_ stuff, 
I am not sure that is still a valid warning.

b442bc3b79 The constructor generates that next line of output, so the expected

4507292dfc And there is no 23,24,25 in this test at all. Perhaps these lines were 
added to the wrong file by mistake?  Those were the same ones missing from

eb0e09f5dc Using require[_once] instead of include. Adding logic to connect.inc to detect multiple inclusions of connect.inc which leads to a Fatal error because of my_mysqli_connect() function redefinition.        to exist at one time.  By setting different editions, two
       different versions of an application can run concurrently,
       making upgrades or A/B testing easier.

    3. Introduce OCI_NO_AUTO_COMMIT as an alias for the OCI_DEFAULT
       constant (which is not the default value) used by oci_execute().

    4. Allow the oci_set_prefetch value to be 0.  This is important in
       some cases using REF CURSORS in Oracle 11gR2.

    5. Set the DRIVER_NAME attribute of Oracle Database 11gR2
       connections to aid application tracing.  The value used is to
       "PHP OCI8" followed by the OCI8 version number.  Note the
       version number may get truncated in DB views such as
       v$session_connect_info.

    6. Generate an error if an invalid resource type is used in
       oci_bind_by_name

3828ca158e Fix mysqli_stmt_attr_set in libmysql mode. 
mysql_stmt_attr_set returns my_bool instead of int.
If it was int, then 0 is success and !0 is failure, but
for my_bool 0 (FALSE) is failure and !0 is success.

dcb5c5b0a4 MFH: Fix handling of BIT fields in mysqli, when libmysql is used 
We need to use macros from mysqlnd to be able to read the
bit fields, as they are specially encoded. mysqlnd is always
there, 5.3+, so its macros can be used, even if mysqlnd is
not compiled as library of choice.
