dc42ce8cf2 - Rename DirectoryTreeIterator to RecursiveDirectoryiterator (what it 
effectively is).
- Add DirectoryIterator::__toString ->getFilename
- Add RecursiveDirecetoryIterator::__toString ->getPathname
- Add RecursiveIteratorIterator::getSubIterator.
