76324c5f7c - speed and memory usage optimizations 
- implement readInnerXml, readOuterXml and readString: requires libxml 2.6.20
- add encoding and options paramters to open and XML methods
   options from libxml extension may be passed
   i.e. LIBXML_XINCLUDE to perform xinclude during read

39bcbfc306 - Made the libxml related stuff to error out if someone does --disable-all 
or --disable-libxml. Better than silently just leave the ext out..
