8321f4663d - MFB: Added optional parameter "new" to sybase_connect() 
- MFB: Fixed crash in sybase_unbuffered_query()

- MFB: Made sybase_fetch_*() functions also read rows with CS_ROW_FAIL
- MFB: Adjusted function protos to use "resource" instead of "int"

bb1ec86f9d - remove magic_quotes_gpc, magic_quotes_runtime, magic_quotes_sybase 
(calling ini_set('magic_....') returns 0|false
- get_magic_quotes_gpc, get_magic_quotes_runtime are kept but always return false
- set_magic_quotes_runtime raises an E_CORE_ERROR

7675a85828 Fix for #32531 
No need to alias these functions on windows or if the mssql extension is compiled. This change will allow the use of both extensions at the same time.
