remove global error handling - use of libxml globals is a bad thing
...
add domDocument properties for parsing options:
validateOnParse, resolveExternals, preserveWhiteSpace, substituteEntities
implement custom parsing to avoid use of globals
implement local errors while parsing
errors displayed until error objects implemented
