Empty usernames and passwords are now treated differently from no username or password

For example, empty password:

    ftp://user:@example.org

Empty username:

    ftp://:password@example.org

Empty username and empty password

    ftp://:@example.org

27f38798a1 Fast parameter parsing API 
This API is experemental. It may be changed or removed.
It should be used only for really often used functions.
(Keep the original parsing code and wrap usage with #ifndef FAST_ZPP)

negative ports and ports > 65535 as invalid.
  The tests that fail due to #308035 in the standard ext were not
  fixed. If the behavior in those tests turns out to be the
  desirable one, both this commit and #308035 ought to be reverted
  or at least adapted.
