6affeb6b60 - Turns out the external entity loader is not a per-thread global but a true 
global. Changed code accordingly; however, applications that embed PHP and
  also use libxml2 may be affected negatively.

74d06b92c7 Let's do more than hope (as per the comment in the test code) that we 
don't hit the memory limit, let's disable the limit for this test
since the limit is getting hit by many people
