84d9651b61 eliminate the annoyance of upgrading from crapster versions of PEAR once and for all. 
Now, if getopt2 exists, it is used, otherwise getopt is used.

db9f1fafa5 Fixed leak inside MINFO function. 
Fixed crash inside enchant_dict_suggest() when there are no suggestions.
Added missing safe_mode/open_basedir check inside
enchant_broker_request_pwl_dict().
Fixed various function prototypes.
