0646a49386 Corrected some bugs dealing with compile failures (should now compile 
on most varieties of Linux, and should hopefully fix at least 3 of the
compile errors that were discovered). Also modified read() slightly
to take an optional parameter as to whether the data was binary or
text so it wouldn't stop reading on a newline or null byte received.

508d1993ed Added array_type_data_compare which is like array_data_compare but 
compares type first. Also rewrote array_intersect and array_diff,
so that the order is not changed.

7b4983c8f8 Mega-patch to get better resource information for modules. 
* Fixed a bug in zend_rsrc_list_get_rsrc_type()
  * Switched register_list_destructors() to use
    zend_register_list_destructors_ex() instead
  * Updated all relevant modules to provide the resource type name
    to register_list_destructors() call
  * Updated var_dump() to output resource type name instead of number

@- Made resource type names visible, e.g. var_dump() and
@  get_resource_type() display "file" for file resources. (Andrei)

9f71179ca9 Back out circular references protection patch. 
This causes problems with serializing regular variables and object
properties.

We need a smarter way to tell whether we have serialized one node
already.

e058cb0648 fix imap_fetchstructure(). msgindex is not valid if we're using FT_UID;

cae27179ce fopen wrappers cleanup 
- comfiguration is now done by an ini parameter
    instead of a compile time option
  - the implementations of the three standard wrappers
    now live in seperate files in ext/standard
  - the compiler is happy again, no more warnings

174253123e Rewrite php_str_to_str using the smart_str API. 
This removes much complexity from the function.

Speed is improved by pre-allocating memory instead of reallocating
the buffer each time the pattern is found.

d2d5320ee8 Add session_write_close(). This is primarily intended to enable 
script writers to release the lock associated with the session lock
before the request finishes.

You can pass arrays now to session_set_save_handler(), so that the handlers
can be located in an object for better abstraction.
