f38bd95002 added BYREF_FORCE for bind parameters in msqli_bind_param and mysqli_bind_result 
changed function parameters in mysqli_bind_param
  from (object statement, mixed var1, long type1, ...)
  to   (object statement, array tyoes, mixed var1, mixed var2, ...)
