Here are the signal changes from the 5.3 branch that optimizes signal
handler registration and switches from longjmp to siglongjmp in order
to make signal mask handling consistent across different UNIX operating
systems.

ny significant slowdown, but incrise maintainability a lot. Note that the setting of memory_limit wasn't changes (neither in main/main.c nor in php.ini) and it
still set to 16M.

- added script encoding support to Zend Engine 2.

this enables ZE2 to gracefully parse scripts written in UTF-8 (with BOM),
UTF-16, UTF-32, Shift_JIS, ISO-2022-JP etc... (when configured with
'--enable-zend-multibyte' and '--enable-mbstring')

Fixed 3 major failures in this test:
...
1. Tests work better when they are actually run..
2. When file is opened, it should be closed sometime too.
3. AC_TRY_RUN cleans after itself (rm -f conftest.*), so it's
good idea to read the values while the file still exists.

Remove --enable-c9x-inline option. We now use a syntax which is compatible
