5da78b297b Update ext/mysql's and ext/mysqli's tests 
Add mysqli_stmt_more_result()/mysqli_stmt_next_result(), but only in
mysqlnd builds as libmysql doesn't support this feature.

222174e23f Import of mysqlnd and ext/mysql + ext/mysqli patched to be built either 
with libmysql or mysqld.

Use --with-mysql=mysqlnd --with-mysqli=mysqlnd to build with mysqlnd.
