9fc59ce735 - complete rewrite of domxml module. 
It is now mostly conform to DOM Level 2 though some classes and

0bbb1906bd - Fixed many problems to make xpath working 
- Each function now expects an object and not a resource anymore
  I hope this makes it more straightforward for the PHP-Programmer

7b4983c8f8 Mega-patch to get better resource information for modules. 
* Fixed a bug in zend_rsrc_list_get_rsrc_type()
  * Switched register_list_destructors() to use
    zend_register_list_destructors_ex() instead
  * Updated all relevant modules to provide the resource type name
    to register_list_destructors() call
  * Updated var_dump() to output resource type name instead of number

@- Made resource type names visible, e.g. var_dump() and
@  get_resource_type() display "file" for file resources. (Andrei)

83513d9580 Changed lots of PHP 3 licence headers to PHP 4, mainly in .h files. 
Added a few RCS $Id$ tags.

# Note: I have avoided changing any .h files if the corresponding .c file
# had not already been changed as I am not sure if there are any legal
# issues here. So some extensions still have PHP 3 headers.

  All identifiers that begin with an underscore and either an uppercase
  letter or another underscore are always reserved for any use by the
  implementation.
