fe6f8712a4 - Get rid of ELS_*(), and use TSRMLS_*() instead.
- Move to the new ts_allocate_id() API
This patch is *bound* to break some files, as I must have had typos somewhere.
If you use any uncommon extension, please try to build it...

5cf503b2a9 Follows redirects again, and $http_response_header now contains all headers
with an empty string as delimiter

cae27179ce fopen wrappers cleanup
- comfiguration is now done by an ini parameter
    instead of a compile time option
  - the implementations of the three standard wrappers
    now live in seperate files in ext/standard
  - the compiler is happy again, no more warnings
