Sync ext/zip with pecl/zip version 1.3.2
...
- update libzip to version 1.11.1. We don't use any private symbol anymore
- new method ZipArchive::setPassword($password)
- add --with-libzip option to build with system libzip

In a few places int len moved to size_t len.

* Removed --enable-safe-mode --with-exec-dir configure options on Unix
* Updated extensions, SAPI's and core
* php_get_current_user() is now declared in main.c, thrus no need to include safe_mode.h anymore
