3c365dc3ef Refactored and speeded up php_cli_server tests, also get rid of test hanging on ubuntu: 
1) Prepended starting the server with "exec" so proc_terminate can correctly close it (see also this note http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.proc-get-status.php#93382 for details)
2) Moved putting down the server to the shutdown function to make it independent from tests (fatal) errors
3) Moved php cli executable into the function to make tests more readable 
4) changed sleep(1) to usleep(50000) (50 ms) to make tests faster - this needs more testing and if timeout is too small should be increased

c296c9148f Fixed #55450 (Built in web server not accepting file uploads), which might break #55121 fixing(r313677)

61db5cf98a - Improved CLI Interactive readline shell (Johannes) 
. Added cli.pager ini setting to set a pager for output.
  . Added cli.prompt ini settingto configure the shell prompt.
  . Added shortcut #inisetting=value to change ini settings at run-time.
  . Don't terminate shell on fatal errors.

A pager can be a an shell command which will receive the command output on its
STDIN channel

php > #cli.pager=less
php > phpinfo();
(output will appear in the pager)
php > #cli.pager=grep -i readline
php > phpcredits();

(output appears again direct on the terminal)

A prompt can contain a few escape sequences like

8c4151ad72 Added header_remove() (chsc at peytz dotdk, Arnaud) 
[DOC] proto void header_remove([string header_name])
      Removes an HTTP header previously set using header()
      The header_name parameter is optionnal, all headers are
      removed if it is not set

[SAPIs] The header_handler callback in sapi_module_struct has
           been changed, it now take a new argument.

           When it is set to SAPI_HEADER_DELETE, sapi_header->header is
           the name of an header, header_handler has to delete it.

           When it is set to SAPI_HEADER_DELETE_ALL, header_handler has
           to delete all headers.

           When sapi_header_op_enum is SAPI_HEADER_ADD or _REPLACE,
           sapi_header->header is in the form "Name: value", header_handler
           has to add or replace the given header.

           In all cases, header_handler must not free sapi_header or
           sapi_header->header. SAPI_HEADER_ADD must be returned if the
           header has been added or replaced, or 0 in other cases.

8c885b8913 Implemented concept of "delayed early binding" that allows opcode caches to perform class declaration (early and/or run-time binding) in exactly the same order as vanila php. 
The following pseudo-code explains how it should be used in opcode cache.

fdaa130f3a Add the new request_time sapi struct entry to all the sapis. Some of these 
may have ways of getting the request time without the extra syscall, but
for now let's just make sure we don't crash and people will eventually
fill these in where applicable.
