fb88a01cc2 marginally better thread debugging on Linux. 
if you clone inside a traced pid, the child
is automatically attached and stopped,
apparently.

9f726c2c8b Use explicit allspan list instead of 
trying to find all the places where
spans might be recorded.

Free can cascade into complicated
span manipulations that move them
from list to list; the old code had the
possibility of accidentally processing
a span twice or jumping to a different
list, causing an infinite loop.

a01bdb4ae0 Add an accessor function os.FD.Fd() to get the file 
descriptor.  Use it in the PollServer code.

6g currently accepts this code without this change, but it
should not.  Test case for the bug is bug133.go.
